Tokyu Land Corporation Converts Former Employee Housing into Rental Apartment in Fujisawa, Kanagawa

Tokyu Land Corporation has completed "COMFORIA Reev Shonan Kugenuma," a full-building renovation rental apartment project in Kugenuma-Tachibana, Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, with completion taking place on June 30, 2026. The property is a value-up renovation of former employee housing that was 29 years old, with Renoveru, Inc. handling project management as well as planning, design, and construction.
