JR West Real Estate & Development Completes Soundproof Rental Apartment in Nakano's Arai

J Grancourt Nakano, a rental apartment building that JR West Real Estate & Development had been developing in Arai 2-chome, Nakano Ward, Tokyo, was completed on May 29, 2026. It is the company's first soundproof apartment building, designed with residents who play musical instruments, produce videos, or engage in livestreaming in mind.

The property is an 11-minute walk from Nakano Station on the JR Chuo Line and Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, and a 10-minute walk from Araiyakushimae Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line.
