Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. commenced construction on October 1, 2025, for a new 76-unit rental apartment building, tentatively named the Sasazuka Project, located in Suginami Ward, Tokyo. Completion is scheduled for March 2028.

The project is being developed in collaboration with Livlan Co., Ltd., known for its Musision series of soundproof rental apartments.
