Tokyo Tatemono Breaks Ground on Soundproof Rental Apartment Project in Suginami Ward

Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. commenced construction on October 1, 2025, for a new 76-unit rental apartment building, tentatively named the Sasazuka Project, located in Suginami Ward, Tokyo. Completion is scheduled for March 2028.

The project is being developed in collaboration with Livlan Co., Ltd., known for its Musision series of soundproof rental apartments. The entire building will be soundproofed to accommodate 24-hour activities such as musical instrument practice and game streaming. The Musision brand currently operates 41 properties across Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba.

The property is situated a five-minute walk from Keio Line “Daitabashi” Station and a ten-minute walk from “Sasazuka” Station.
