Barrett Group relocated its corporate headquarters on February 2, 2026, to the 36th floor of the Shinjuku Nomura Building (1-26-2 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo). The company previously occupied the 16th floor of Links Square Shinjuku in Sendagaya, Shibuya Ward, and commenced operations at the new location on the same date.

Founded in 2013, Barrett Group is an IT company with two core business lines: digital marketing and system integration services. In addition to its proprietary products—including the affiliate marketing service SLVRbullet and the smartphone app reward platform CREAM—the company also provides system engineering services. In conjunction with the relocation, Barrett Group refreshed its corporate identity (CI) and relaunched its corporate website.

The Shinjuku Nomura Building, completed in 1978, is a steel-framed office tower rising 50 stories above ground with five basement levels (partially RC and SRC construction). The building has a gross floor area of approximately 35,800 tsubo (approx. 1.25 million sq. ft.), with a typical floor plate of approximately 382 tsubo (approx. 13,400 sq. ft.). It is located a three-minute walk from Tochomae Station on the Toei Oedo Line and a seven-minute walk from the west exit of JR Shinjuku Station. Serving as the headquarters of Nomura Real Estate, the property is a landmark in West Shinjuku and is home to a roster of major corporate tenants, including Konica Minolta and Sompo Japan–affiliated companies.

Office market conditions in West Shinjuku remain strong. The area’s latent vacancy rate, which peaked in the 9% range in August 2023, has since declined to below 3%. IT companies have been increasingly relocating to the district’s cluster of supertall office towers; in December 2025, digital marketing firm WeBridge moved its headquarters to the neighboring Shinjuku Sumitomo Building (see related article: WeBridge Relocates Headquarters to Shinjuku Sumitomo Building).
