Tokyo Tatemono to Relocate Kyushu Branch to Tenjin Sumitomo Life FJ Business Center in January 2026

Tokyo Tatemono will relocate its Kyushu Branch from the Tenjin NK Building in Fukuoka’s Chuo Ward to the Tenjin Sumitomo Life FJ Business Center, also located in Chuo Ward, effective January 5, 2026.

The new office, Tenjin Sumitomo Life FJ Business Center, is a high-spec building developed as part of the Tenjin Big Bang redevelopment initiative. The property offers 24 floors above ground and 2 below, with a Gross Floor Area of approx. 12,700 tsubo (approx. 420,000 sq. ft.) and a typical floor plate of approx. 380 tsubo (approx. 12,500 sq. ft.). It is directly connected to Tenjin Station on the Fukuoka City Subway Airport Line and is about a five-minute walk from Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station on the Nishitetsu Tenjin-Omuta Line.
