CRE, Inc. has completed its large-scale logistics facility “LogiSquare Nagoya Minato” on December 31, 2025. The property is located in Oe-cho, Minato Ward, Nagoya City, and is a four-story, multi-tenant logistics facility with a gross floor area of approximately 15,121 tsubo (approx. 541,000 sq. ft.). Prior to completion, CRE secured lease agreements with multiple tenants, achieving a pre-leasing rate of approximately 75%.

The facility is situated about 1.8 km from the Kiba Interchange on the Nagoya Expressway Route 4 (Tokai Line). From the interchange, it is approximately 6 km to the Tokai Junction, which connects to the Shin-Tomei and Shin-Meishin Expressways, providing strong access not only within the Chubu region but also to eastern and western Japan, making it well suited as a wide-area distribution hub.
