Twin Engine to Relocate Headquarters to Nakano M-SQUARE

Twin Engine to Relocate Headquarters to Nakano M-SQUARE

Twin Engine, an animation company, will relocate its headquarters on October 5, 2026, from the Bikoshaen Building in Yotsuya Honshiocho, Shinjuku Ward, to Nakano M-SQUARE in Nakano 4-chome, Nakano Ward, Tokyo. Twin Engine and group production studio Crew-Cell will occupy the eighth floor, while Studio Colorido and Studio Chromato will take the seventh floor.

Nakano M-SQUARE is the office building of Park City Nakano, a mixed-use district at the north exit of Nakano Station. Completed in March 2026, the 11-story building has a typical floor plate of approximately 413 tsubo (approx. 14,700 sq. ft.). Skylark Holdings and other companies also plan to relocate their headquarters to the building, which was fully leased at completion.

The building is a six-minute walk from Nakano Station on the JR Chuo and Sobu lines and the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, and the walk is expected to shorten to four minutes once it is connected to a pedestrian deck scheduled for completion in fiscal 2029. The district also includes an 807-unit for-sale condominium and eight retail tenants (see related article: Mitsui Fudosan Completes 807-Unit Large-Scale Mixed-Use District at North Exit of Nakano Station).

The Twin Engine Group comprises 18 animation studios and creative units. As its business and organization have grown, more projects involve collaboration across multiple divisions and group companies, and the company positions the new office as a hub for interaction that cuts across affiliations and job functions.
