Natee to Relocate Headquarters to MFPR Shibuya Building Amid Ongoing Business Expansion

Natee will relocate its headquarters from BIZCORE Shibuya to MFPR Shibuya Building within the same ward as the company continues to scale its operations and organization. The new office will commence operations on December 16, with the upgraded workspace designed to support the expansion of its creator-collaborative marketing business.

The destination property, MFPR Shibuya Building, was completed in 1992 and features 14 floors above ground and three below, with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 5,715 tsubo (approx. 203,000 sq. ft.). The building is within walking distance of both Shibuya and Omotesando stations, providing access to the broader Shibuya–Aoyama district.

Since its founding in November 2018, Natee has grown around social media–driven creator-collaborative marketing. The company’s workforce has expanded from roughly 15 employees at inception to more than 60 as of December 2025, with headcount expected to exceed 70 by April 2026.

Guided by its mission, “Make Everyone a Talent,” Natee supports brand promotions by integrating the creative perspectives of creators and influencers. Its current office has maintained a high utilization rate. The new office will incorporate a house-shaped entrance and a community lounge, creating an integrated environment that merges collaborative areas with workspaces to enhance talent acquisition, retention, and project efficiency.

Investment in social media marketing continues to expand in Japan. According to research by CyberBuzz and Digital InFact, the domestic market totaled JPY 1,203.8 billion in 2024 and is projected to grow to JPY 2,131.3 billion by 2029—approximately 1.8 times its current size.

For Natee, whose core business centers on social media–driven creator-collaborative marketing, relocating to a large office building in the Shibuya area amid this market expansion represents a strategic investment in infrastructure to support sustained growth.
