Seiwa Sogo Tatemono acquired PROUD FLAT Kameido Station PLACE, a rental apartment building in Kameido 6-chome, Koto-ku, Tokyo, in March 2026. The seller was Nomura Real Estate, which developed the property. Nomura Real Estate established a trust on the same day, and Seiwa Sogo Tatemono acquired the trust beneficiary interest.
