Prologis to Develop Urban Logistics Facility in Itabashi Ward, Offering Small-Format Leasing from the 100-tsubo Range

Prologis will develop the urban logistics facility “Prologis Urban Tokyo Itabashi 1” in Takashimadaira, Itabashi Ward, Tokyo. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2028, and the property will be the eighth facility in the company’s urban-focused “Prologis Urban” series. At the same time, Prologis will acquire an adjacent operating refrigerated warehouse and incorporate it into the series as “Prologis Urban Tokyo Itabashi 2,” expanding the lineup to a total of nine facilities.The development site is located about a five-minute walk from Shin-Takashimadaira Station on the Toei Mita Line and about 1.4 kilometers from the Takashimadaira interchange on the Shuto Expressway Route 5 Ikebukuro Line.
