ADVANCE Private Investment Corporation acquired two rental apartment buildings in Kita Ward and Ota Ward, Tokyo, in March 2026. The properties acquired were Alpha Court Oji 2 and Alpha Court Higashi-Rokugo, with the sellers being Lumina Tokutei Mokuteki Kaisha and Lumina II Tokutei Mokuteki Kaisha, respectively.
