ITOCHU Corp. acquired CREVIA RXE Kinshicho, a rental apartment building in Kotobashi 1-chome, Sumida Ward, Tokyo, on March 17, 2026. The seller was ITOCHU Property Development, a subsidiary of the company.
The property is a six-minute walk from Kinshicho Station on the JR Sobu Line Rapid Service / Chuo-Sobu Line and the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line.
