JR West Real Estate & Development Acquires Beneficial Interest in Orchid Residence Nerima-Kitamachi

In May 2025, JR West Real Estate & Development acquired the beneficial interest in trust of Orchid Residence Nerima-Kitamachi, a rental apartment building located in Nerima-ku, Tokyo.
The property is a seven-story reinforced concrete residential building situated a five-minute walk from Tobu Tojo Line’s Tobu-Nerima Station. With a gross floor area of approximately 3,646㎡ (approx. 39,240 sq. ft.), the building comprises 57 residential units and one retail space.
