In May 2025, JR West Real Estate & Development acquired the beneficial interest in trust of Orchid Residence Nerima-Kitamachi, a rental apartment building located in Nerima-ku, Tokyo.
The property is a seven-story reinforced concrete residential building situated a five-minute walk from Tobu Tojo Line’s Tobu-Nerima Station.
