Six Rental Properties Completed or Scheduled for Completion in Tokyo

Six rental properties developed by FAITH NETWORK have either been completed or are scheduled for completion in Tokyo between March and June 2026. The assets are part of the company’s flagship “THE GRANDUO” series and standard “GranDuo” series, which are concentrated in Tokyo’s Jonan 3 wards—Setagaya, Meguro, and Shibuya—and are located in Setagaya, Meguro, Minato, and Suginami wards. In addition to residential units, the six properties also include retail and office space, for a combined total of 81 units/spaces.
The six-property lineup consists of one flagship “THE GRANDUO” asset and five standard “GranDuo” assets. The largest is “GranDuo Musashi-Koyama 5” in Meguro Honcho, Meguro Ward, a five-story rental residential property with 22 units and a gross floor area of about 313 tsubo (approx. 11,148 sq. ft.). The property has received ZEH-M Oriented certification. “GranDuo Shirokane-Takanawa” in Mita, Minato Ward is a seven-story property with seven retail and office spaces, while “THE GRANDUO FUTAKOTAMAGAWA SEED” in Tamagawa, Setagaya Ward is a three-story plus one-basement property with four retail and office spaces. In Suginami Ward, “GranDuo Nakano 7” in Koenji-kita has 14 residential units, while “GranDuo Ogikubo 3” in Kamiogi has 17 residential units.
