WalkMe Relocates Japan Office to Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower to Strengthen Client and Partner Collaboration
WalkMe has relocated its Japan office operations from the “Tokyo Midtown Tower” in Akasaka—where its headquarters function had been based—to “Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower” in Chuo Ward, with business operations at the new location commencing on December 22, 2025.
The new office is situated in “Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower,” which offers excellent regional connectivity with direct access to Tokyo Metro’s Ginza and Hanzomon Lines at Mitsukoshimae Station, a three-minute walk from Shin-Nihombashi Station on the JR Sobu Line, a twelve-minute walk from Tokyo Station, and a seven-minute walk from Kanda Station.
WalkMe will establish its new workspace by utilizing “Workstyling,” Mitsui Fudosan’s flex office platform. Leveraging the building’s direct station connection, the company will use flexible office space equipped with shared areas and meeting rooms, supporting hybrid workstyles and providing an environment well-suited for meetings with customers and partner companies.
WalkMe, a member of the SAP Group, provides a digital adoption platform (DAP) for enterprises. Its solutions have been adopted in Japan by major corporations such as Asahi Kasei, Ebara Corporation, and Fujitsu. The company also partners with SIers including NTT DATA Smart Sourcing and Persol Cross Technology to support user adoption of enterprise systems and SaaS applications. By relocating to Nihonbashi, WalkMe aims to strengthen its function as a collaboration hub for clients and partners and to accelerate domestic business expansion.
