Fund Creation Group to Relocate Headquarters to Ark Hills Sengokuyama Mori Tower in Roppongi-itchome

Fund Creation Group, which structures and manages real estate funds, will relocate its headquarters between October and December 2026 from Hanzomon First Building in Hanzomon, Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, to the 35th floor of Ark Hills Sengokuyama Mori Tower in Roppongi-itchome, Minato Ward, Tokyo.

The company operates through two core business segments, asset management and investment banking, and has nine consolidated subsidiaries. For the fiscal year ended November 2025, it posted consolidated net sales of JPY 5.84 billion, up 3.1% year over year, and operating profit of JPY 580 million, up 33.8% year over year, securing gains in both revenue and profit. As part of the move, three principal group companies—Fund Creation Group, Fund Creation, and Fund Creation R.M.—will relocate their headquarters simultaneously. At the new office, the group plans to implement a layout designed to encourage communication among employees and across companies, with the aim of improving operational efficiency across the group.

Ark Hills Sengokuyama Mori Tower, the relocation destination, is part of a large-scale mixed-use development by Mori Building and was completed in August 2012. The property rises 47 stories above ground and has a Gross Floor Area of approximately 43,400 tsubo (approx. 1,434,700 sq. ft.). Its typical floor plate offers a column-free space of approximately 623 tsubo (approx. 20,595 sq. ft.), with a ceiling height of 2,800 mm. The tower is about a five-minute walk from Roppongi-itchome Station on the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line and about an eight-minute walk from Kamiyacho Station on the Hibiya Line.
