Nomura Real Estate announced plans to develop a new multi-tenant logistics facility, (Tentative Name) Landport Kokura, in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture.

The property is located approximately 2.8 kilometers from both the Kokura-higashi and Nagano interchanges, about 20 minutes from Shinmoji Port, and roughly 15 minutes from Kitakyushu Airport, offering excellent access to land, sea, and air transportation networks.

Designed as a two-story box-type facility, the project will feature both low- and high-floor berths, one-way traffic flow, and dedicated container waiting areas. The total gross floor area will be approximately 14,125 tsubo (approx. 46,700 sq. m), with completion scheduled for September 2027.
