Daiwa House Industry Opens “KROMO Bangkok, Curio Collection by Hilton” in Central Bangkok

Daiwa House Industry has announced the opening of KROMO Bangkok, Curio Collection by Hilton, a hotel project developed in central Bangkok. The property officially opened on September 24, 2025. This marks Daiwa House’s first hotel development in Thailand, as well as the debut of Hilton’s Curio Collection brand in the country.

The project was developed as a joint venture with SCX Corporation, a subsidiary of Thai real estate giant SC Asset Corporation. Hotel operations are managed by Hilton Worldwide Manage Ltd.

Located in the heart of Bangkok, the property offers convenient access—about an 8-minute walk—to BTS Asok and Phrom Phong stations, and MRT Sukhumvit Station. The 28-story building features a total gross floor area of 29,850 square meters and comprises 306 guest rooms. Amenities include an infinity rooftop pool, 24-hour fitness center, and meeting rooms.
