TVer Relocates Headquarters to Akasaka Green Cross
TVer relocated its headquarters on December 1, 2025, to the 20th floor of Akasaka Green Cross in Minato Ward. Marking the 10th anniversary of the service and surpassing 200 employees, the company sought a larger and more efficient workplace to enhance productivity. Group company TVer DATA MARKETING has also moved into the same floor.
The company operates the official commercial TV streaming service “TVer.” Monthly video plays exceed 540 million, and cumulative app downloads surpassed 90 million. Advertising revenue for FY2024 grew 221% year-on-year, with the number of advertisers expanding to 2,138. The former headquarters was located in the Shimbashi Marine Building in Minato Ward, where the company occupied two floors with a standard floor plate of approximately 96 tsubo (approx. 340,000 sq. ft.).
The new office building, Akasaka Green Cross, is a large-scale office tower completed in May 2024. Replacing the former Kokusai Akasaka Building built in 1973, it was jointly developed by Sekisui House and Nippon Life Insurance Company. The property stands 28 stories above ground and 3 below, with a Gross Floor Area of approx. 22,219 tsubo (approx. 79,000 sq. ft.). It offers direct underground access to both Tameike-Sanno Station and Kokkai-gijidomae Station, providing excellent transit connectivity.
