JA Mitsui Lease Tatemono Acquires Rental Apartment Building in Yoyogi

JA Mitsui Lease Tatemono acquired Grand Mer Yoyogi, a rental apartment building in Yoyogi 4-chome, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, on April 17, 2026. The property is a condominium-ownership building consisting of two exclusively owned units, and the company acquired both of them. The seller was Mirai Nihon Ventures, which had acquired the property from Daito Fudosan in February 2026 and held it for approximately one and a half months.

Completed in 1995, the four-story building has 13 units in 1LDK to 3LDK layouts. It is about a seven-minute walk from Hatsudai Station on the Keio New Line.

Between October 2024 and April 2025, YAMAKOU acquired the two exclusively owned units from individuals and others and consolidated them. On April 30, 2025, the same day as its final acquisition, it sold the property to Daito Fudosan, a Yokohama-based company engaged in detached-house sales and the renovation of pre-owned homes. The property then passed to Mirai Nihon Ventures in February 2026, changing owners three times in about a year.

The seller, Mirai Nihon Ventures, is an investment company focused mainly on investments in unlisted companies such as startups, and it also makes real estate-related investments. In January 2025, ITOCHU Corporation announced that it would transfer its management business for vacation home areas in Komoro, Nagano Prefecture, and Shirahama, Wakayama Prefecture, to the company.
