Tokyo Tatemono Joins “voco Bangkok Siam” Hotel Development in Thailand

Tokyo Tatemono has entered the hotel development project “voco Bangkok Siam” through its local subsidiary, Tokyo Tatemono (Thailand) Ltd. This marks the company’s first hotel development initiative in Thailand.
The project site is located in Bangkok’s Siam district, a major commercial hub. It is a three-minute walk from National Stadium Station on the BTS Silom Line and a seven-minute walk from Siam Station, served by both the BTS Sukhumvit and Silom lines. Plans call for a 29-story reinforced concrete hotel with 350 guestrooms, along with an all-day dining restaurant, bar, pool and pool bar, meeting rooms, and a gym.
The development is a joint venture with SCX Corporation Company Limited, a subsidiary of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, and will be operated by IHG (Thailand) Limited under IHG’s premium “voco” brand. The hotel is scheduled to open in summer 2029. Given its location in one of Bangkok’s most vibrant commercial and tourism districts, the project aims to capitalize on strong visitor demand.
