Taisei-Yuraku Real Estate has commenced construction of a new rental apartment building, Terrace Toyocho, in Toyo 3-chome, Koto Ward, Tokyo, in September 2025. The development marks the 31st property under the company’s “Terrace” series and will serve as a large-scale flagship project.
