I'LL to Relocate Tokyo Head Office to Nihonbashi Nomura Mitsui Tower

I'LL, which develops sales and inventory management systems among others, announced on September 7, 2026, that it will relocate its Tokyo head office to Tokyo Midtown Nihonbashi's Nihonbashi Nomura Mitsui Tower in Nihonbashi 1-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The move is scheduled for March 2028. Its current Tokyo head office is in Shibakoen Front Tower in Shibakoen, Minato Ward.

The destination, Nihonbashi Nomura Mitsui Tower, is the centerpiece high-rise of the Nihonbashi 1-chome Central District Category I Urban Redevelopment Project being advanced by Mitsui Fudosan and Nomura Real Estate, with completion scheduled for the end of September 2026. The Nomura group's new headquarters is planned for floors 10 through 20, and Daiichi Sankyo is also due to move its head office there around the fall of 2027. Waldorf Astoria Tokyo Nihonbashi, Hilton's top-tier brand, is scheduled to open on the upper floors.

I'LL was established in 1991 and has its Osaka head office in Grand Front Osaka Tower B. Consolidated headcount stood at 1,076 as of the end of July 2026. The company decided on the move to accommodate headcount growth accompanying business expansion, and to raise productivity, invigorate the organization as a whole and strengthen recruiting.
