Ripiano Garden Chayagasaka Condominium to Be Developed on Former Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Site in Nagoya

Meitetsu City Design, Aisin Development, Sumitomo Realty & Development, and Shimizu Comprehensive Development announced in July 2025 that they will jointly develop Ripiano Garden Chayagasaka, a 146-unit condominium on the former Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan facility site in Chiyodabashi 1-chome, Chikusa Ward, Nagoya. Completion is scheduled for late February 2027, with move-ins beginning in late March 2027.
Since the opening of the Chayagasaka Station on the Nagoya Subway Meijo Line in 2003, the area has seen a cumulative supply of 17 condominium projects totaling 1,822 units. Sumitomo Realty, one of the sellers of this project, previously developed and sold Mega City Terrace (Blocks I and II, 905 units) between 2018 and 2021, while Shimizu General Development developed Vique Stage Chayagasaka (164 units) in 2005.
Located a five-minute walk from Chayagasaka Station, the project will feature landscaping with evergreen conifers and brick walls, a hotel-grade double-height lounge, and a patio surrounded by greenery to encourage resident interaction and enhance leisure quality. Unit layouts will range from 2LDK to 4LDK, with design and construction handled by Haseko Corporation.
