PERSOL CROSS TECHNOLOGY to Relocate Head Office to Nomura Real Estate Ginza Building

PERSOL CROSS TECHNOLOGY announced on September 10, 2026, that it will relocate its head office to the ninth floor of Nomura Real Estate Ginza Building in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Operations are scheduled to begin on December 21, 2026. Its current head office is on the 51st floor of Shinjuku Mitsui Building in Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku Ward.

The destination, Nomura Real Estate Ginza Building, is a three-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and a three-minute walk from Tsukijishijo Station on the Toei Oedo Line. Completed in 1982, the building has 17 floors above ground and five basement levels, with a typical floor plate of approximately 294 tsubo (approx. 10,500 sq. ft.). Tenants include TOKIUM, which provides expense settlement and invoice management services.

Floors 5 through 9 and 13 through 15 of the building, along with part of the fourth floor, had been used by the Japan Student Services Organization as temporary space during expansion and renovation work at its Ichigaya office, but the organization moved out when the work was completed in the fall of 2025.

PERSOL CROSS TECHNOLOGY was established in 1979 and handles the engineering domain of the Persol group. Headcount stood at 13,171 as of April 1, 2026. The company positions the new office as a starting point for co-creation where employees interact across organizations and areas of expertise, and aims to use it to accelerate the creation of solutions.
