Japan System Techniques to Relocate Tokyo Headquarters to THE LINKPILLAR 2 in Takanawa Gateway

Japan System Techniques Co., Ltd. (TSE Prime), a software developer active in the financial and other sectors, plans to relocate its Tokyo headquarters by the end of fiscal 2026. The company will move from its current location in the Taiyo Seimei Shinagawa Building to THE LINKPILLAR 2, a high-rise complex directly connected to Takanawa Gateway Station within the TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY development. The relocation aligns with the company’s long-term growth strategy under "JAST VISION 2035" and aims to expand office space and accelerate investment in future growth.

Scheduled for completion in March 2026, THE LINKPILLAR 2 is a 31-story mixed-use skyscraper with a gross floor area of approx. 62,970 tsubo (approx. 208,200 sq. ft.). The property offers column-free office floors of approx. 1,100 tsubo (approx. 3,630 sq. ft.) per standard floor and ceiling heights of 2,900mm. It will be directly connected to the station concourse and deck, and include retail, clinics, and fitness facilities.

To accommodate rising demand for software development, Japan System Techniques is actively hiring and training engineers. The new headquarters will feature a layout designed to enhance communication and will be equipped to support hybrid work environments.
