Daiwa House Industry has completed construction of DPL Tokyo Shinonome, an urban logistics facility it had been developing, on April 6, 2026. It is the company’s largest logistics property in Tokyo, with a gross floor area of approximately 45,517 tsubo (approx. 1,504,694 sq. ft.). Yamato Transport will be the tenant and will occupy the entire building as one of the group’s largest integrated business solution hubs.

The property is a six-story facility built with a precast prestressed concrete structure with partial steel framing and features seismic isolation. It offers floor load capacity of 1.5 tons per square meter and a clear height of 5.5 meters below beams. Located within approximately 5 kilometers of Tokyo Station, it is about 1.5 kilometers from the Toyosu interchange on the Shuto Expressway Harumi Route and roughly 20 minutes by car from both the Oi Container Terminal and Haneda Airport, providing access to robust land, sea and air logistics infrastructure.
