Takara Leben, Sekisui Chemical Start Sales of Condominium Project in Fukuoka’s Hirao Area

Takara Leben and Sekisui Chemical began sales on June 20, 2026, of Leben Hirao Heim Suite, a condominium project in the Hirao area of Minami Ward, Fukuoka City. The project marks the first collaboration between the two companies in the Kyushu region.

The property is located a seven-minute walk from Nishitetsu Hirao Station on the Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line. It is five minutes to Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station and 16 minutes to Hakata Station, placing it close to central Fukuoka while also offering a calm residential environment.
