Park Homes Iriya, a leasehold condominium that Mitsui Fudosan Residential had been developing in Shitaya, Taito Ward, Tokyo, will be completed on July 31, 2026. As part of a revitalization project advanced together with the reconstruction of Mishima Shrine, it is the third shrine-integrated condominium developed by the company's group.
