Tosei Reit to Acquire Rental Apartment “TR Garden Warabi” in Saitama for JPY 1.053 Billion

Tosei Reit Investment Corp. announced on August 29 that it will acquire the trust beneficiary interest in the rental apartment property “TR Garden Warabi” in Kawaguchi, Saitama Prefecture, for JPY 1.053 billion.

The property is located about a 15-minute walk from JR Keihin-Tohoku Line’s Warabi Station. Completed in 1997, the five-story building contains 29 units. All units, each over 80㎡ (approx. 861 sq. ft.), have been renovated and are designed as family-type apartments, with storage rooms also provided.

Following this acquisition, Tosei REIT’s portfolio will comprise 63 properties, with a total acquisition value of approximately JPY 83.7 billion.
