Tokyo Tatemono to Develop Luxury Condominium “STILL Sukhumvit 20” in Central Bangkok

Tokyo Tatemono (Thailand) Ltd., the Thai subsidiary of Tokyo Tatemono, will develop the luxury for-sale condominium “STILL Sukhumvit 20” in central Bangkok. Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2026 with completion slated for September 2028. The project is a joint development with leading local developer SC Asset Corporation (SC Asset), marking the seventh collaboration between the two companies.

The site is located along Sukhumvit Road in the Asoke–Phrom Phong area, within walking distance of BTS Asoke and Phrom Phong stations and MRT Sukhumvit station. The 30-story building will house 124 units, featuring private elevators serving one unit per floor and residences with ceiling heights of up to 3.5 meters. Shared amenities will include a sky pool, fitness center, and spa. The project will also provide 216 self-parking spaces, approximately 1.7 times the number of units.

Tokyo Tatemono positions overseas business expansion as a key pillar of its long-term vision toward 2030, with plans to invest approximately JPY 110 billion between FY2025 and FY2027. While the U.S. and Australia remain core markets, the company views high-growth ASEAN countries as increasingly promising. In Thailand, Tokyo Tatemono has been involved in condominium developments since 2018 and, together with the SC Asset Group, also engages in logistics facility development. This project represents a high-end offering in the heart of Sukhumvit and is positioned as a core undertaking in its Thai business. Tokyo Tatemono aims to further strengthen its local foothold by leveraging its development expertise cultivated in Japan and SC Asset’s strong sales network.
